The Trade-Up Program lets you submit details of your old vacuum in exchange for a special discount on a new vacuum at Dasher.

No need to return your old vacuum—we just need the details!

We accept all types and brands of vacuums—including dust mite vacuums, robot vacuums, wet & dry vacuums, and stick vacuums.

*Traditional mops and brooms are not eligible.

Nope! You can keep your old vacuum—we just need its details to process your trade-up.

Yes, you can! If you want to upgrade more than one type (e.g. robot, stick, wet & dry), just submit one unique form per vacuum type you’re trading up.

Eligibility & Process

The trade-up offer applies only to selected models from these participating brands: Dreame, Xiaomi, Mova and Uwant.

You’ll need to upload:

  1. Proof of payment for your old vacuum (invoice or payment screenshot)
  2. Serial number of your old vacuum
  3. A photo as proof of serial number (e.g. from the label on the vacuum body; serials from accessories or batteries are not valid)

The discount is only available on dasher.sg and must be transacted directly on the website.

If you're assisted by a salesperson at a Dasher Showroom or Dreame Flagship Store, they will guide you through the process.

Once your payment is confirmed, delivery will be arranged within 3–5 working days, unless otherwise communicated.

Yes—as long as you haven’t paid yet. Once payment is made, the trade-up is final.

Submission & Support

You’ll receive an email from our team once your trade-up submission is reviewed and approved.

Yes. Please accept or reject the offer within 3 working days of receiving it. This helps lock in the discount, as promotions may change.

The serial number is usually on a sticker at the bottom or back of your vacuum.

⚠️ Serials from accessories or battery packs won’t be accepted.

Yes! We accept older vacuums too, as long as you provide a valid serial number and proof of payment.
