Return & Refund Policy
This policy applies exclusively to orders and delivery addresses within Singapore, and purchases made through the Dasher Singapore website (dasher.sg)
Eligibility for Refunds

Customers may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, whether or not the product has been delivered.

If the product has not yet been delivered, we will process a refund, provided the request is made within 14 days of the purchase date.

If the product has been delivered, it must be returned in its original sealed condition with the brown box within 14 days from the delivery date.

If the brown box is missing, or if the product has been opened, unsealed, or used, the return/refund request will not be accepted.

After 14 days from the purchase date, no returns or refunds will be accepted for change of mind.
Faulty or Defective Products

If a product is found to be faulty upon first use, a return/refund request must be made within 14 days from the delivery date, with supporting proof (e.g., photos or videos).

After this 14-day period, the product will not be eligible for return/refund. Instead, it will be covered under the Warranty Policy, where our service team may provide repair, replacement, or other corrective measures.
Return Procedure

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with sending back the return product.

Customers must provide the tracking number to Dasher Singapore once the parcel has been shipped.

Dasher Singapore requires 1â3 working days to check the condition of the returned goods upon receipt.

All return/refund requests must be verified and approved by our Customer Care team before shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refund Process

Once the return is approved and the product condition verified, Dasher Singapore will request the customerâs banking details.

Refunds will be transferred within 3 working days after inspection is completed and acknowledged by the customer.

Customers will be informed once the refund is made.

All refund and return decisions made by Dasher Singapore are final.

Delivery and installation charges are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
Exchange Policy

All products are non-exchangeable, unless specifically covered under the Warranty Policy.
