Return & Refund Policy
This policy applies exclusively to orders and delivery addresses within Singapore, and purchases made through the Dasher Singapore website (dasher.sg)

Eligibility for Refunds
  • Customers may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, whether or not the product has been delivered.
    • If the product has not yet been delivered, we will process a refund, provided the request is made within 14 days of the purchase date.
    • If the product has been delivered, it must be returned in its original sealed condition with the brown box within 14 days from the delivery date.
    • If the brown box is missing, or if the product has been opened, unsealed, or used, the return/refund request will not be accepted.
  • After 14 days from the purchase date, no returns or refunds will be accepted for change of mind.

Faulty or Defective Products
  • If a product is found to be faulty upon first use, a return/refund request must be made within 14 days from the delivery date, with supporting proof (e.g., photos or videos).
  • After this 14-day period, the product will not be eligible for return/refund. Instead, it will be covered under the Warranty Policy, where our service team may provide repair, replacement, or other corrective measures.

Return Procedure
  • Customers are responsible for all costs associated with sending back the return product.
  • Customers must provide the tracking number to Dasher Singapore once the parcel has been shipped.
  • Dasher Singapore requires 1–3 working days to check the condition of the returned goods upon receipt.
  • All return/refund requests must be verified and approved by our Customer Care team before shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Process
  • Once the return is approved and the product condition verified, Dasher Singapore will request the customer’s banking details.
  • Refunds will be transferred within 3 working days after inspection is completed and acknowledged by the customer.
  • Customers will be informed once the refund is made.
  • All refund and return decisions made by Dasher Singapore are final.
  • Delivery and installation charges are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

Exchange Policy
  • All products are non-exchangeable, unless specifically covered under the Warranty Policy.
