1. The local warranty starts from the date of retail purchase or customer receives the product.
2. Additional charges may be applied for shipping fee if customer opt for delivery instead of dropoff or pickup.
3. This warranty does not cover the following cases:
- Any damages such as cracks, dents on the exterior cases, etc that are caused by human errors.
- Warranty for robot vacuums water tanks will be invalid if it is in contact with detergents/dettol.
